يتم قبول الطلاب وفق أسس وضوابط القبول التي يجيزها المجلس القومي للتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي وتنفذها الإدارة العامة للقبول مع تحديد نوع القبول وإعطاء كل طالب رقم جامعي.
يقبل للدراسة بالكــــلية كل من يحصل على الشهادة الثانوية السودانية أو ما يعادلها وفق النسب والشروط التي يحددها البرنامج , ويتوجب عليه الإلتزام بكــــافة الشروط الأخرى التي تحددها إدارة الكـــلية .
شروط التسجيل
الشخص الذي يتم ترشيحه للقبول بالكلية لا يعتبر طالبا الا بعد إجتيـــاز الكشف الطبي والمعاينة وإكمال إجراءات التسجيل.
يحدد تاريخ بداية تسجيل الطلاب وتاريخ نهايته حسب تقويم الكـــلية الذي يصدره المجلس العلمي.
يتم التسجيل للطالب النظامي , أو الذي يعيد مقرراَ , أو فصلاَ دراســياَ , أو ممتحـــناَ من الخارج وفق القرارات الصادرة من المجلس العلمي.
وفقاَ لنتائج الإمتحانات المعلنة فإنه يتعين على الطالب أن يقوم بالتسجيل بنفسه في بداية كل فصل دراسي وعليه الإلتزام بالجدول الدراسي المعلن.
على كل طالب إكمال إجراءات تسجيله خلال الفترة المحددة ,على أن لا يتجاوز ذلك فترة أسبوع من بداية الدراسة.
الإلتزام بجميع لوائح الكلية بما في ذلك الإلتزام الخاص بالرسوم الدراسية والزي الذي تحدده الكلية .
